Pricing
The first look is always free. An audit happens only when the first look finds a real reason for one, and everything after that is quoted in writing before work starts.

- What I check
- Your website, Google listing, directory listings, job postings and what AI assistants say about your practice, all from the outside.
- The conversation
- Twenty minutes with you at your office, plus five to ten minutes with your office manager if they’re free.
- How it ends
- An audit proposal, if there’s a real reason for one. If there isn’t, a one-page note that says so.
- Your part
- Nothing ahead of time. No forms, no reports to pull.
The audit
$480Flat, when one question needs a deep look
- Both questions
- $800 flat, when both need a deep look. You’ll know which before you pay.
- Extra locations
- $160 for each, up to three locations in total.
- Same price either way
- The fee doesn’t change with what I find, and it isn’t credited toward later work, so I’m never paid more for finding problems.
- What’s included
- A quick look at everything, a deep look where the first look pointed, one afternoon at your office (two if both questions go deep), and the findings in person after your last patient.
- Founding practices
- The first five audits are free while I build case studies with practices here.
- Payment
- After the founding audits, in full before work starts. Once work starts it’s non-refundable, and if I don’t deliver, you get back the part I didn’t.
- If you’re fine
- You hear that first, with the proof and your baseline.
Fixes
Fixed priceQuoted after the audit
Most fixed-price projects run between $400 and $1,500. Before you approve anything, you see the price, what it covers and how it will be checked.
- 60-day check
- Part of every project: whether the fix held, and whether the number it was meant to move actually moved. Search and AI-answer projects get a second check at 90 days.
- Hourly work
- Anything that doesn’t fit a fixed price gets a written estimate and a not-to-exceed amount first. If my estimate is wrong, I absorb anything above it.
- Payment
- Half up front and half when the fix goes live. Projects under $1,000 are paid up front.
- Beyond your tools
- I name a standard tool you’d buy in your own name, with no commission to me. If nothing fits and the task keeps eating hours, I quote a small tool built in your own accounts. You decide either way.
- Your own vendor
- Every project comes with a written spec your own vendor could build from, and I can still run the 60-day check.
- A long list
- Many one-time fixes become one larger, phased project. Never a monthly plan just because the list is long.
- Print and ads
- Quoted only as part of a campaign, $250 to $1,200.
Monthly service
From $250A month, only for things that drift
I recommend it only when something needs checking every month to stay fixed, like callbacks after missed calls, or whether the unconfirmed list actually gets called. Most practices won’t need it.
- How it’s priced
- One quote with a fixed price for each line, so you see exactly what each part covers. $250 a month minimum.
- What’s included
- The monthly checks and report, small fixes under about an hour, a quarterly recheck, a check after any big change, and a quarterly look at your software spend and renewals.
- Quick asks
- Requests under 30 minutes are included, up to an hour a month.
- Billing
- Card on file, billed on the 1st. The first month is prorated. If an invoice is seven days past due, work pauses until it’s paid.
- Stepping down
- After three months with nothing broken or slipping, I tell you whether you can step down.
- Leaving
- Month to month, with 30 days’ notice. You keep everything.
- Onboarding
- Free during my founding period. After that, a flat one-time fee per location, quoted with your monthly price.
- Price changes
- Founding clients keep their price for good. For everyone else, the price stays fixed while you’re subscribed, changes only if the scope does, and is reviewed once a year with 60 days’ notice.
Rechecks and the quarterly re-run
Recheck, $150
On request, for practices not on monthly service: an outside check, three test inquiries (a call, a text and a form, at least one after hours), a re-check of past fixes visible from outside, and a short summary. Three test inquiries are a sample, not a rate, and the summary says so.
Quarterly re-run, free
For practices with no plan, and former clients. I re-run the outside check every quarter and contact you only if something I can see from outside has changed.
What I don’t do on price
- No commissions or referral fees, in either direction.
- No reselling. You pay software vendors directly, in your own name.
- No discounts to close. If a quote is too big, I cut the scope instead.
- No guarantees of patients, revenue or hours. I promise what I control: a straight answer, labeled numbers and a check at 60 days.
- No surprise work. Anything outside the agreed scope is priced and approved first.
